Family and friends often share the experience of struggling to cope with watching someone go through these things, often wondering how we could have helped improve the situation. Our staff can speak to you during the call about how YOU can be supported and what help is available.


Concerned About Someone?

As a parent, partner, sibling, child or friend of a person with a substance use issue, you have a right to information and support. 

You can call and discuss the issues without needing to identify the person you are concerned about.

If you have a family member or a friend with a drug or alcohol related issues, you can call us to find out about how the alcohol and drug treatment system works and what treatment and support options are available to the person you are concerned about.

If you are calling in relation to a LGBTIQA+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, Asexual+) person you can call us.
